Cockpit, Reports & Drill down analyses


With the sales cockpit, sales planning and the drill down centre as well as an extensive report centre, PiSA sales offers all responsible agents, such as the management, sales directors or account managers, a powerful business intelligence platform.

The cockpit presents results of real-time analyses in the form of compact graphics and tables, e.g., from target-performance comparisons, forecasts or drill down analyses. All cockpit elements can be configured individually by the push of a button.

Sales planning in PiSA sales supports you in working out a systematic, activity-oriented sales concept. By the means of real-time analyses, PiSA sales gives you the opportunity to inform yourself about cumulated turnover, coverage and success contribution of customers for example. The same is true for the analysis of branches and regions processed by you. With a potential analysis, you can grasp turnover chances of a sales unit (sales staff, sales partners etc.) on the basis of currently supervised customers and from data at hand. ABC customer analysis gives you an overview of customer rankings in different sales units, divided into sales phases. Sales planning additionally enables the user to construct a planning tree. On the basis of a predefined turnover, the sales manager constructs his planning tree in which he determines how this turnover target is to be reached. The planning process thereby adapts to your sales structures. If these structures change, an adaptation of the planning is possible at all times.

In the drill down centre, you determine from which perspective and in which degree of detail you want to look at data from the CRM system. With only a few clicks, you define multidimensional analyses, refine and concentrate the results and present them in a compact form in the sales cockpit. Key figures such as turnover or quote volume can thereby be evaluated over several dimensions such as customers, regions, projects, branches, products and time.

In the PiSA sales Report centre you have access to defined reports for the Sales, Marketing, Service, Products and Staff members sectors. These reports can display complex analyses and visualize them appealingly. PiSA sales is delivered with a complete set of reports, which can always be complemented and extended by trained users.
