Integrated access mechanisms will allow you to work in your normal Office application. PiSA sales supports the administration of all kinds of documents, be they letters, faxes, emails, photos, diagrams, CAD drawings or video footage. The system allows you to create hierarchical document structures and to prepare document templates. All documentation may be either stored with a date allocated for follow-up treatment or filed for the record.
