PiSA sales Entry portal
The PiSA sales Entry portal is the direction center for your daily work. Designed as a to-do list with intelligent functions, it helps to use personal working hours efficiently and avoids unproductive idle time.
Thereby all activities such as phone calls, e-mails, letters or faxes as well as tasks and appointments are recorded. The user can choose between seeing his activities of a day, a week or a month for which he is personally responsible or for which he has been appointed as a temporary substitute. If the user is participating in a meeting, he will also see this appointment in his Entry portal.
Different points of view allow the user to keep track of his work: By pushing a button he can for example see all activities he has delegated to other colleagues and be informed about the current work progress.
Super ordinate staff members can also easily get an overview of the workload of their employees. The PiSA sales Entry portal thereby becomes a brilliantly easy workforce management tool.
