bielomatik Leuze: CRM-Launch with PiSA sales

Berlin, Neuffen, 2007/05/08: bielomatik Leuze GmbH & Co. KG starts to use the CRM-solution PiSA sales with the beginning of this month. Back-office as well as field staff now use the CRM-system.
bielomatik Leuze GmbH & Co. KG is a leading international company in the machine building industry with about 1.000 employees. Following a successful implementation bielomatik will manage its customer relationship processes with PiSA sales. Starting this May, the sales department of the units paper processing, lubrication technology and plastic welding will benefit from the industry-specific CRM-solution PiSA sales 4D. Part of the first implementation step is a professional database including customers and business-partners as well as an interface to bielomatik's business-solution BAAN. Apart from that, PiSA sales will support the steering and management of all sales-projects, the quote configuration and marketing-campaigns. The upcoming steps will include the usage of an integrated rule-based engine to facilitate the configuration of products and complex quotes as well as processes from the after-sales department by using the module PiSA sales service. Additionally, the solution PiSA sales mobile will enable bielomatik's field staff to synchronise CRM-data between their laptops and the enterprise-system. Part of the CRM-agenda, too: An interface to other IT-applications such as ELO enterprise (DMS) and Agile PLM.
As a result of the various benefits of PiSA sales and the proven connectivity, the CRM-solution will be the third strategic IT-application for bielomatik beside BAAN and AGILE PLM.
