You can graphically generate and schedule service missions. They will clearly be visualized as Gantt diagram. Choose your service technicians according to their respective qualification and assign them to a mission simply per drag and drop. The included release mechanism takes care of the needed consistency in planning. Thereby the planning table shows all information that you need. Overload of resources immediately becomes visible during planning. Absenteeism of staff members, e.g. holidays and sick days, are considered automatically. The planning will be released via a color-coded status.
