The PiSA sales groupware interconnection offers you the deep integration of Outlook/Exchange, Lotus Notes and Groupwise. Thereby the bidirectional synchronisation of all contact information, tasks, appointments, memos and emails containing attachments is assured. At the touch of a button this data is balanced between PiSA sales and its groupware in an extremely user-friendly way.
An automatic allocation to contacts is possible at the same time as the shortcut to projects (proposals, assignments, service-announcement, marketing-projects), products and further contacts.
This way you will find the synchronised information always in the relevant spaces in CRM. Extract from the range of functions:
Incoming emails:
- Direct synchronisation of emails into PiSA sales including support in the workflow
- Automatic allocation of the email to the addressor and the addressee, if the contacts are already inside PiSA sales
